乳腺癌局部皮温变化和微血管密度的相关性研究

摘要 目的研究乳腺癌患者红外热图中局部皮温升高的主要机制,探讨局部皮肤温度变化与肿瘤大小、组织学分级的关系。方法利用红外热像仪测得乳腺癌患者局部皮肤温度变化,分析局部皮肤温度变化与微血管密度的相关性。结果乳腺癌红外热图中两乳腺热像不对称,患侧有异常热区及血管形态改变。患侧血管数量增多,患侧乳头温度、乳晕温度也有不同程度增加;微血管计数值与乳腺肿物与对侧乳腺相同位置的温差呈正相关。结论肿瘤新生血管形成,是乳腺癌热图中局部热点或热区的主要机制,病灶处局部温升,与MVD呈正相关,与组织学分级有关,红外热像仪在诊断乳腺癌的同时有对患者预后进行预测的可行性。
