锁定加压钢板(LCP)治疗胫腓骨骨折术后护理

The Postoperative Nursing for Patient with Fracture of Tibias and Fibula Treated by LCP.

目的探讨锁定加压钢板(LCP)治疗胫腓骨骨折术后护理,如何促进患者早日康复。方法对2004年5月至2005年4月31例LCP治疗胫腓骨骨折术后的病人制定行之有效的护理程序,应用持续被动活动器(CPM)进行康复治疗护理。结果本组患者术后未出现关节黏连、功能障碍、深静脉血栓、感染等并发症。结论LCP治疗胫腓骨骨折术后给予心理护理,生活护理,早期使用CPM可以促进病人康复。

Objective To study tile postoperative nursing for patient with fracture of tibias and fibula treated by LCP ,and how to promote the patient recover early. Methods A total of 31 subjects with fracture of tibias and fibula treated by LCP registered from May 2004 to April 2005 were selected , effective nursing process was established for them , they received CPM treatment for rehabilitation. Results This group had no complications as joint conglutination , dysfunction, deep vein thrmnbosis ,infection and so on. Conclusion By giving psychological and living nursing and CPM early, Patient with. fracture of tibias and fibula treated by LCP can promote recovering early.
