摘要
通过对护师职责及急诊科工作特点的分析,探索以急诊科为培训基地,对护士进行晋升培训的方式。晋升培训应重点培训护士的专业知识与技术的应用能力,提高其压力应对能力。建议采取讲座、情景模拟、合作培训、外部专业培训等多种方法相结合的综合法开展晋升培训。对护士的培训考评,建议采取提问、综述、情景模拟、讲课等多种方法对其进行综合考核,以系统客观评价其专业知识技能、合作精神、语言表达能力、知识输出能力、协调管理能力及科研能力。
To explore a model based on emergency department for unrse promotion training and assessment through analyzing senior nurses' duties and the traits of emergency department,the authors put forward a multi-method for training and assessment.The improvement and update of nurses' professional knowledge,skillsand enhancement of the ability to cope with stressors should be emphasized during nurse promotion trining,Multi-methods such as lectures,roll play,cooperative training and extemal professional should be taken to implement promotion training.A model combined quiz review,roll play,and lecture delivring was proposed to systematically assess nurses' outcome of professional knowledge and skills,spirit of team cooperation,verbal expression,abilities of management and research.
