Optimizing the Operating Mechanism and Management Pattern of Chinese E-administration

本文立足于我国现有的信息环境和制度环境,根据我国现阶段电子政务建设和发展的任务,结合国外电子政务发展的经验和教训,从理论和实践上探索如何进一步优化我国电子政务的运行机制,建立适应我国电子政务建设和发展的管理模式,以推动我国电子政务健康有序地发展。

Based on the Chinese existing information and system environment, and in the light of the tasks of Chinese present e-administration construction and development, this paper explores theoretically and practically, combining the experiences and lessons of foreign e-administration development, how to further optimize the operating mechanism of Chinese e-administration and to set up the management pattern fitting in the construction and development of Chinese e-administration so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of Chinese e-administration.
