Experimental Study on the Determination of Tannin in Yidihong Disinfectant

目的探讨依地红皮肤消毒剂中鞣质的含量测定方法。方法采用络合法对鞣质进行测定。结果依地红皮肤消毒剂中鞣质含量为1.59%(g.mL-1)。结论结果表明该法简便、准确、快速,可作为依地红皮肤消毒剂中鞣质的含量测定方法,从而为其质量控制奠定基础。

Objective： To study the method for the determination of tannin in Yidihong disinfectant. Methods： Methods of complex formation titration was carried out. Results： The content of Tannin in Yidihong disinfectant was 1.59% （g·mL^-1） . Conclusion： This method was convenient, fast and accurate and it can be used to control the content of tannin in Yidihong disinfectant.
