西藏地区储油罐涂装作业中应注意的几个问题

介绍了西藏地区储油罐在涂装作业中出现的涂层流挂、涂层粉化、涂层龟裂、漆膜变色和涂层生锈等问题,指出了导致储油罐涂装作业出现问题的成因,一是紫外线的影响,二是温差的影响,三是低温的影响。为避免上述问题的出现,在储油罐的涂装施工作业中应注意涂料的选择、主料与固化剂的配合比例、涂刷厚度及保养时间。

Problems such as coating sagging, atomizing, cracking, color degradation and corrosion, which appear in coating of oil tanks in Tiber, are described. It's analyzed that ultraviolet rays, temperature differences and low temperature are attributed to the problems. To avoid above problems, type of paints, blending ratio and thickness should be carefully selected.
