Grain Issues in China should Be Treated in a Correct Way

布朗的＂粮食危机论＂决非一无是处，至少对盲目乐观派敲响了警钟。展望未来，我国的粮食供求态势和品种地区失衡问题是相当严峻的，虽然不及布朗所言的那样可怕。布朗的局限主要在于没有挖掘解决中国粮食问题的积极有利因素。

Brown's Theory of grain crisis is not devoid of merit. It sounds the alarm to those who are unrealistically optimistic in a way. Looking ahead,we believe that both the situation of grain supply and demand and overbalance of species regions are serious. Moreover, Brown's limitations rest with the fact that he didnot tap the latent positive and favourable factors for solving the grain problems in China.
