Marx's Systematic Analysis about the Wage Motion in Terms of Market Economy and Its Practical Significance

以劳动力商品论和劳动价值论为基础的工资理论，是马克思经济学的重要组成部分，也是其最独特的理论。它在劳动力价值、劳动生产率、相对剩余价值、相对工资、名义工资、实际工资、价格、资本积累、劳动力供求和工资争议等一系列经济范畴上全面分析了市场经济的工资运动规律。本文力图整体和准确地概括这一分析体系，并揭示其对认识社会主义市场经济条件下工资运动规律和工资改革问题的指导意义。

The wage theory,based on the theory of labour power as a commodity and labour theory of value,is one of the most important parts in Marx's economics. The wage theory thoroughly reveals the wage motion regularity concerning a series of categories,such as labour value,labour productivity,relative surplus value,relative wage,nominal wage in terms of market economy. This paper attempts to summarize Marx's wage theory and reveal the wage motion regularity under the condition of socialist market economy and its practical significance to wage reform in China.
