铬革屑脱铬提取胶原蛋白的研究进展

Study Progress of Dechromization for Extracting Collagen from Leather Shavings

随着胶原蛋白应用领域的不断拓展，胶原蛋白的需求不断增长，尤其是高附加值的产品。本文综合论述国内外从铬革屑中提取胶原蛋白脱铬的研究方法，并对存在的一些问题提出改进措施，以期进一步高值转化皮革废料，为胶原蛋白的开发利用奠定理论基础。

With the fields of application keeping spread, the need for collagen is growing up, especially that for the high additional-value products. The present methods of extracting collagen products from chrome shavings home and abroad were summarized in this paper, and some improvements on the existent problems were introduced.
