Discussion on the Layout Planning of Wuhan City Ordinary Primary and Senior High Schools

适时调整中小学校布局,重组教育资源是目前的一项重要工作。武汉主城区普通中小学等教育设施存在空间布局不均衡、用地资源利用不合理、配建政策不健全等诸多问题,需以科学发展观为指导,坚持因地制宜、平衡布局、标本兼治、分期实施、持续发展的原则,合理预测中小学学生规模,划分教育区片,明确各教育区片的规划布局模式,以适应全社会对基础教育的更高需求。

It is an important task at the present stage to make timely ajustment to the layout of ordinary primary and junior high schools and re-organize the educational resources.There exist with the urban ordinary primary and junior high schools in the main city areas of Wuhan such problems as imbalanced spatial layout,improper use of land resources, imcomplete policies for facilities construction,etc. Therefore,it is necessary to be guided by the scientific view of development,adhere to the principle of adjustment to the actual situation,balancing arrangement,Seeking both temporary and permanent solutions,step-by-step Implementation,and sustainable development,etc.in properly predicting the size of primary and junior high achools,specifiy the modalities for different education areas in order to meet the higher demand of the whole society for basic education.
