摘要 在汽轮机静叶尾迹区形成的二次水滴对动叶的连续撞击是造成动叶水蚀破坏的直接原因,本文设计了基于CCD和硬管内窥镜系统的二次水滴可视化探针,并进行了一些静态标定实验。标定实验结果说明所设计的可视化探针有足够的分辨率,测量结果正确,符合测量误差要求,可以用于汽轮机内二次水滴的测量。 The coarse water formed in the stator blade wake is the immediate cause to the rotor blade erosion. A visualized probe is designed and some static calibration experiments are also demonstrated in this paper. The results of calibration experiment have shown that tile probe has enough distinguishable capacity with a correct measurement, conform to requirements of measurement error, and can be used to measure secondary water droplets in low pressure steam turbine.
