燃油压力调节器橡胶膜片耐乙醇汽油实验与测试分析

The experiment and testing analysis of rubber diaphragm for the ability of anti-ethanol gasoline in the application of fuel regulator

以汽车燃油系统的燃油压力调节器的膜片为研究对象,将膜片浸泡在乙醇汽油中1～28？d进行耐乙醇汽油实验.结果表明：乙醇汽油对膜片有轻度腐蚀.通过分析膜片被腐蚀的原因,提出用氢化丁腈橡胶、氟橡胶、丁腈橡胶与氯化聚醚共混胶、各种助剂为配方的耐乙醇汽油材料制造膜片的改进方案.

It studies the rubber diaphragms which are used in the pressure regulator of fuel supply system in gasoline engine. The experiment is carried out by disposing the diaphragms in ethanol gasoline in order to test the ability of withstanding ethanol gasoline. The results shows that the rubber diaphragms have suffered certain corrosion. It analyses the causes of the corrosion and suggests improved solutions by meas of mixing HNBR, fluorine rubber, butadiene acrylonitrile rubber and chlorinated polyether together with various assistants. The ability to withstand ethanol gasoline for the rubber diaphragm has be improved.
