摘要
本文提出了一种分压比可调的单结晶体管(UJT)模拟电路.它具有与 UJT 相似的伏安特性。在一定的条件下,可以用它代替 UJT 在电路中工作.并且它的最重要的性能参数(固有分压比η)则可以在0~1的范围内任意调节或者施加控制.将它用在一个可控硅调光的触发器电路中,实验结果证明了这种模拟电路的有效性.
This paper advances the circuit that simulates a unijunction transistor (UJT)with the adjustable intrinsic stand-off ratio.The volt-ampere characteristic of the circuit is similar to that of UJT.Under certain conditions the actions of the UJT may be replaced by the simula- tive circuit equivalently.Moreover,the most important performance parameter of all these(intrinsic stand-off ratio η)is adjustable in the range of 0~1 and controllable arbitrarily.The circuit has been applied to the silican controlled rectifier′s trigger circuit on purpose to adjust light.The effectiveness of the simulative circuit is proved by the results of the test.
