摘要
脂肪是人体内贮存能量的最重要的物质之一,又是运动中能量的一个重要来源,它比糖元的贮量大10倍。一些研究表明,低到中等强度的有氧运动过程中脂肪供能有着重要的作用,尤其是运动持续时间长达3~4h以上时,脂肪供能可以占到总能量代谢的70%~90%之多。人们采用许多手段和方法,以期增加运动时脂肪氧化供能的比例,节省体内糖消耗,提高机体耐力。另一方面,耐力运动又可以适当消耗脂肪,起到减少体内脂肪堆积、预防高脂血症、改善血脂水平的作用。
Adipose is not only one of the most important energy storage matter, but also one of the important energy source during exercise. Its energy storage is 10 times more than of glucose. Some study shows that adipose is important energetic supplier during exercise. Especially, there is more than 70% -90% energy is supplied by it, when exercise lasts 3-4 hours. Many ways have been employed to increase energy supplied by adipose, decrease the consumption of glucose and promote endurance. On the other side, endurance exercise can advance the consumption of adipose. Meanwhile, endurance exercise prevents hyperlipemia, improves adipose metabology.
