南充市初中学生课外体育活动现状调查及分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Situation of Junior Middles School Students' Extracurricular Athletics Activities of Nanchong City

通过对南充市同一教学层次的三所中学部分初中学生课外体育活动现状的调查,分析南充市初中生课外活动基本情况及存在的主要问题,同时进一步了解初中生对新课程改革后体育课堂教学以及课外体育锻炼等发展的要求,为南充市体育课堂教学、课后训练和竞技体育水平的提高,培养更多的后备人才,提供理论依据。中学是体育运动的中间环节,起着承上启下的作用。探讨南充市初中体育课外活动现状,对于树立“以人为本,健康第一”的指导思想具有重要意义。

Through actuality research on athletics of some middle school students in three different schools at the same level in Nanchong city, the paper analyzes the basic condition and main problems on their extracurricular athletics activities, and the demand of physical education and development of extracurricular athletics activities after the reformation of new curriculum for middle school students, which provides theory evidence for the class teaching, after-class training, the improvement of sports competition and the cultivation of reserved talents of Nanchong city. Having a discussion on the situation of junior middles school students＇ extracurricular athletics activities of Nanchong city is significant for setting up the thought of＇Human Based, Health First＂.
