摘要
1989年7～8月,在四川与甘肃交界的唐家河自然保护区,笔者对扭角羚的交配期及交配行为模式进行了研究.扭角羚的繁殖期一般是在每年的7～8月进行,持续时间约2个月左右.在扭角羚群体内主要是以“一夫多妻制”的形式存在.在交配前,雄体间要发生剧烈的争配斗争,并有跟随、嗅闻生殖器、卷唇和爬跨等一系列反复的求偶行为.交配时间极短为2～4 s,并具有多次交配现象.与此同时,笔者还对繁殖期的觅食、求适等行为进行了研究.
In July and August,1989,the authors studied the mating period and pattern of copulatory behavior of takin(Budorcas taxicolor)in Tangjiahe Natural Reserve which is situated in the border of Sichuan and Kansu provinces.the mating period of takin is from July to August,which lasts about two months. The pattern of copulation behavior mainly exists in the form of polygyny. Before copulation,the males often fight each other violently for the right of copulation.Meanwhile.the courtship behavior of the male takins occurs, including following the female closely,genital-sniffing,flehmen,mounting and copulating.The copulating time is limited only to 2～4 seconds but the copula- tion can occur many times a day.At the same time,some other behavior such as feeding and stretching is studied.
