摘要
介绍了城市雨水径流最佳管理模式国内外研究现状,以北京城区的研究为基础,探讨适合我国城市降雨径流污染控制与管理模式框架,突出强调技术措施和非技术措施相结合、总量控制和源头控制的技术路线和体系,展望了我国径流污染控制的方向。
This study briefly discussed the current status of the Best Management Practices for urban stormwater runoff pollution. Based on the research in Beijing urban area, the framework control and management mode were proposed which emphasized on the combination of the technical and non--technical measures, the concept of quantitative and source control. The prospect of the runoff pollution control in China was provided.
