摘要
主要从原始坯料的制备方法,二次加热中感应器的设计、加热路线的设计和固液相比例的检测与控制,以及触变压铸成形中压铸机的工艺参数、模具压室及配套设备的改进等方面,总结了半固态铝合金触变压铸技术中的几个关键问题,并指出目前存在的问题及今后的发展方向。
The techniques of SSM preparation; the design of the induction heater, the design of reheating procedure, the inspection and control of the solid-liquid proportion in the billet reheating; the parameters of die casting machine, the improvement of mouldand other auxiliary equipments in the thixotropic die casting were introduced. The key problems on thixotropic die casting in semisolid aluminum alloys were summarized. The existent problems and future direction of this technology were also pointed out.
