摘要
介绍了在SolidWorks 2003开发平台上,依据KBE技术的设计思想,选用Visual C++6.0为编程语言,运用COM技术的斜销抽芯机构计算机辅助设计系统的开发。该系统的应用不但可以提高压铸模的设计效率,缩短设计周期,降低设计成本,还可以提高模具的设计精度,进而大大提高压铸件的精度。
The CAD system of bevel pin core pulling mechanism has been successfully developed on the SolidWorks 2003 platform, in which the design was based on KBE technology, C+ +6.0 was chosen as programming language and COM technology was used. The application of the system can not only increase design efficiency, shorten design period and lower design cost but also improve the design precision of die casting mould, thus can significantly improve the precision of die casting.
