摘要
镁合金熔炼和加工过程中会引入一定量的非金属夹杂物,这些夹杂物的存在容易引起材质性能下降。采用SEM和EDS分析了镁合金中非金属夹杂物分布和组成,结合理论分析探讨了熔剂吸附精炼、沉降法和气体浮游法等常用方法的可行性和净化效果,并对泡沫陶瓷过滤法和添加稀土元素在镁合金净化中的研究和应用情况进行了讨论。不同方法各有优缺点,实际生产中一般需要配合使用才能达到好的净化效果。
In the process of smelting and processing of magnesium alloy, some non-metallic inclusions may be introduced which reduce its properties and quality. The composition and distribution of non-metallic inclusions in magnesium alloy were analyzed by SEM and EDS. The feasibility and purification effect of several purification methods, including sedimentation, fluxing and gas adhering, were analyzed and discussed. The purification effect of ceramic foam filter and addition of rare earths is discussed. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. In practice, several methods are used together to reach better purification effect.
