摘要
运用问卷调查法,以北京地区IT行业员工为对象,研究目前环境下中国员工职业生活质量构成要素的重要性、满意程度以及与组织绩效的相关性。
The aim of this study, based on the questionnaire issued to IT professionals in Beijing, is to analyze the living conditions, level of satisfaction and organisation structure for these professionals in relation to their performance.
