摘要
报道了螺二邻二亚甲基K塞吩和环二邻二亚甲基噻吩的硫转换法合成。硫转换试剂1,1′-硫-双苯并咪唑与2,3-二羟亚甲基噻吩作用生成活性中间体2,3-二亚甲基-2,3-二氢化噻吩7,后者在室温条件下通过双自由基聚合成螺二邻二亚甲基噻吩8和环二邻二亚甲基噻吩9。螺环化合物8和环状化合物9的结构由波谱分析给予确定。
This paper reports the syntheses of spiro-di-omethylene thiophene and cyclo-di-o-methylenethiophene by the sulfur transfer method.The sulfur transfer reagent──1,1′-thiobisbenzimidazole reacts with 2,3-bis(hydroxymethyl)-thiophene to form an active intermediate 2,3-dimethylene-2,3-di-hydrothiophene(7).At room temperature,2,3-dimethylene-2,3-dihydrothiophene polymerizes into spiro-di-omethylenethiophene(8)and cyclo-di-omethylenethiophene (9) by biradical mechanism.The structures of spiro compounds(8)and cyclocompounds(9)were determined by spectral analysis.
