摘要
本文研究了用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定高纯氧化钬中14个稀土杂质的方法。比较了5种内标元素,选择了内标的用量及试液酸度,在1%HNO_3介质中,用Cs作为内标元素补偿基体抑制效应,与标准加入法结果一致,对于5N的氧化钬,RSD<15%,回收范围90~110%。
This paper studies the method of determining 14 rare-earth impurities in high-purity holmium oxide by ICP-MS. Five internal standard elements are compared. The quantity of internal standard and the degree of acid are selected. In 1% HNO_3 media, caesium is employed to minimize this interference effect. The obtained resuit coincides with the one of standard addition method, for 99. 999% holmium oxide RSD≤15%.The recovery is 90~110%.
