用GC／MS法定性检测人尿中的可的松类药物

Systematic Analysis of Corticosteroids in Human Urine by GC/MS

本文采用固相提取、酶解及甲肟－三甲基硅酸衍生化的方法，用ＧＣ／ＭＳ的多离子检测技术成功地检出人尿中多种可的松类药物及某些代谢产物，方法灵敏、可靠。

A systematic procedure is established in this paper. Corticosteroids are extracted from human urine by Sep-pak column,and derivatized by methoxyamine and trimethylsilylimizole. The results show that the drugs can be detected confimatorilly in selected ion monitoring mode.
