摘要
目的探讨HnRNP A2/B1和P53在肺癌患者痰中的表达。方法收集肺癌患者及正常对照者痰标本共38例(肺癌患者28例,良性对照10例),用Saccomanno法处理痰标本,免疫组化方法检测痰中HnRNP A2/B1蛋白及P53蛋白。结果痰标本中HnRNPA2/B1的总体阳性率为57%;HnRNP A2/B1的过表达与患者吸烟、性别、年龄、病理分型和疾病分期均无相关性。痰标本中P53的总体阳性率为53.5%,p53的突变与患者的吸烟、性别、年龄、病理分型和疾病分期均无相关性。结论两种方法阳性率差异无统计学意义,两者的吻合度有统计学意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of HnRNP A2/B1 and P53 in sputum of Chinese lung cancer patients. Methods The patient＇s sputum was collected and pretreated by improved Saceomanno＇s concentration method. The cytology was performed. Then the sample was deposited on glass slide by using a Cytospin centrifugation apparatus. Immtmohistochemical staining was performed to analysis the expression of HnRNP A2/B1 and P53. Results The total HnRNP A2/B1 over- expression rate was 57 %, no relation was found between the total HnRNP A2/B1 over-expression and the patient＇s gender, age, stages, smoking, and pathologies. The total P53 mutation rate was 53.3%, no relation was found between the total P53 mutation rate and the patient＇s gender, age, smoking, stages and pathologies. Conclusion There is no difference between HnRNP A2/B1 and P53 in testing sputum. Combination of HnRNP A2/B1 and 53 can improve the diagnostic rate.
