摘要
本文首次提出了荧光同步扫描与双波长标准加入法联用技术,并将其应用于混合物中α-萘酚和β-萘酚的同时测定。实验结果表明,α-萘酚和β-萘酚的浓度比在40:1~1:20范围内,利用该法能够同时准确测定两种物质的浓度,其准确度和精确度均令人满意。
A combined technique of synchronous scanning fluorescence-dual wavelength standard addition was proposed and applied to the simultaneous determination of α-naphthol and β-naphthol in mixture. The accuracy and precision of results obtained were satisfactory when the concentration ratio of α-naphthol to β-naphthol was in the range from 40: 1 to 1: 20.
