Entering 2006, Beijing Netcom has been facing three ＂the first year＂： the first year in national 11^th FYP, the first year in transforming into comprehensive information service firm, the first year after CNC realizing entity listing. Success of the kickoff year is tied up with the existence and development of the enterprise as well as the future of every employee.
