探讨影响手术患者住院日因素的分析

Exploring the factors affecting hospitalized day of surgical patients

目的探讨影响手术患者平均住院日的因素。方法以住院病人所患疾病用国际疾病分类ICD-10,手术患者以ICD-9-CM3的编码归类,主要以疾病的病种及平均住院天数的变化进行分析。结果术前主要影响因素是等候手术和术前检查；术后主要影响因素是疾病原因占56.4％,管理原因占33％,病人原因占10.6％。结论缩短平均住院目,是减少医疗费用,提高医疗质量和服务质量的重要途径。

To explore the factors affecting the average hospitalized days of surgical patients. Methods Inpatients are classified with international classification of diseases ICD-10,surgical patients are analyzed with surgical separation ICD-9-CM-3. To further understand the characteristics and patterns of disease changes, the kinds of the disease and the changes of average hospitalized day are evaluated. Results The factors of pre-operation are patient＇s waiting for operation and preoperative check; the factors of postoperation are the cause of disease, 56.4%, management33%, and patients, accounts 10.6% respectively. Conclusions Reducing the average hospitalized day is the important way of decreasing medical costs, improving the quality of care and service.
