甲状腺微小癌形态学编码的探讨

Elucidating the Morphological Coding of Thyroid Mini Carcinoma

目的探讨甲状腺微小癌的形态学编码,使编码更确切、更准确。方法对2003年6月至2005午6月期间所有甲状腺微小癌患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果甲状腺微小癌的病人中,病理所见瘤细胞均呈结节性、乳头状结构增生,所以符合甲状腺乳头状腺癌的特点,因此,“甲状腺微小癌”应选择乳头状腺癌的编码。结论对甲状腺恶性肿瘤每种类型的发病特点及镜下所见的病理形态有更多的了解,才能作出准确的编码。

Objective To elucidate the morphological coding of thyroid mini carcinoma, making the coding more value and actual. Methods Retrospective analysis on the cases of all the patients with thyroid mini carcinoma treated from June, 2003 to June, 2005. Results Of the patients with thyroid mini carcinoma, the pathology shows that the tumor cells are nodular and hyperplastic papillary structure, which has the same character of thyroid papillary adenoearcinoma. Therefore, we should select the coding of papillary adenoearcinoma for thyroid mini carcinoma. Conclusion To find out more on the characters of the disease and the pathological form under the microscope with each type of thyroid malignant tumor to get the exact coding.
