利率市场化是当前我国金融体制改革的重大举措。对重要经济主体之一的中小企业而言,实施利率市场化政策后,其融资行为必将发生巨大变化。同时,中小企业经营理念的转变、地方中小金融机构的组建、政府管理制度和措施的完善等势在必行。

Interest rate marketization is the important measures in our country contemporary. For small-sized and media-sized interprises, one of impotant economy subject, under the conditions of interest rate marketization, its finacing mode will occur large transition. Meanwhile, changing management thought of small-sized and medium-sized interpfises, instituting district small-sized and medium-sized finacial interprises and bettering regulations and measures of government department etc. would be very necessary.
