The article introduced a kind of environmental protection water conservancy machine. It adopted double ship tape and can sail automatically and have no the adjustment speed of the class、harvest automatically、conveyance. It can be availably clearance water grass and surpeee garbage. It has the hugely economic performance and the social performace.
