摘要
本文应用链传动的多边形效应阐明道碴清筛机上离心筛直线段的筛分机理,得出了实际和理论相对滑动速度的公式及其匹配关系,导出了透筛概率密度的理论公式,并通过计算机积分得到透筛概率,最后对影响透筛概率的主要因素进行了分析。利用本文的方法可能动地设计出筛分质量优良和筛分效率很高的离心筛。
In this paper,for a ballast cleaning machine,the polygon effect of drived chain is developed to expound the settling mechanism of the straight section of centrifugal sieves,and the formulas of the actual relative sliding velocity and the theoretical relative sliding velocity and the theoretical relative sliding velocity and their mating relation are obtained,Moreover,a theoretical formula of settling probability density is extracted,and with the help of integrating by computer, the settling probability is obtained.Finally,the main factors which effect the settling probability are analysed.By means of the method expounded in this paper,centrifugal cleaning machines with high settling quality and efficiency can be designed.
