初步调查显示，影响我国学生出国留学的主要因素包括国外高校课程的质量和学校声望、留学的可能性、有机会提高英语水平与拓宽社交网络、体验西方文化、使个人获得发展以及移民。该调查还表明．英国高校成为留学首选地主要与英国高校的声望高、攻读硕士学位的年限短以及通行欧洲各国的便利等有关。

The study reveals that many factors lure Chinese students to overseas private higher education. They include the accessibility,quality and reputation of courses;opportunity to develop English communication skills;experiencing western culture;broadening social network;personal development,and emigration. Students chose Britain as the destination country because of the high reputation of British universities,short duration of Master degrees,and convenient to travel within Europe.
