肺炎链球菌感染的流行病学及毒力因子研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 肺炎链球菌感染在不同人群中的分布受各种因素影响,其流行以及菌株血清型的分布也都有明显的差异性。造成肺炎链球菌致病的各种毒力因子在致病过程中尽管作用不同,但都参与了该过程。深入了解近年来肺炎链球菌感染的流行情况及肺炎链球菌相关毒力因子的研究进展,对预防和治疗肺炎链球菌感染,研制新一代疫苗有着实际意义。
