WTO规则下我国农业保护问题研究

Research on the agricultural protection under the frame of WTO in China

农业是国民经济的基础,在国民经济中占有重要地位,各国都对农业进行扶持和保护。我国农业基础薄弱,发展水平低,加入WTO后,我国的农业政策以及农产品的国际贸易都将受到WTO政策的约束,这对我国农业保护政策产生很大影响,农业也必然会受到其他国家尤其是发达国家优势农业的冲击。本文分析我国进行农业保护的必要性,提出了一些农业保护的可行性措施,有利于农民增收和农业的可持续发展。

Agricuhure is the foundation of national economy, and it plays an important role in it. All of the countries in the world support and protect the agricuhure. The agricuhure in China has a poor foundation and low development, however. After China＇ s entering WTO, both the agricuhural production policy and the international trade of agricuhural product will be restricted by the policy of WTO, which will affect the protective policy of agricuhure in our nation. And superiority agricuhure from other countries, especially from the developed countries will have impact on the agricuhure in China. This article analyzes the necessity of agriculture protection and presents some about agrieuhure protection, which is favorable to make farmers increase their income and make the agrieuhure develop sustainably.
