谈卫生信息及其交流的标准化

信息标准化对于信息系统的建设至关重要，只有使信息标准化，规范化，才有利于各部门．各医院间的信息交流，实现资源共享。本文介绍了国内外各种标准的应用范围及其价值，重点介绍了卫生部医政司统计信息中心提出立题的，中日友好医院负责起草的，历经8年艰苦努力研究出的《中国疾病名称》和《中国手术名称与代码》的主要内容及其在实际应用中的作用。此两项标准已通过卫生部会审，将成为行业标准。标准的推行工作符合卫生信息规范化、标准化、网络化和医保工作的需求，具有迫切的现实意义和长远的战略意义。还重点介绍了正在国际上广泛推广应用的美国信息传输标准（HL7）的主要内容及其对于推动医院信息系统互连的作用。

Standardization of information is significant tbr establishing hospital information system. The standardization and normalization of information can facilitate the communications among different hospitals or various departments of a hospital, thereby it will fulfill the realization of resources sharing. This article recommends all kinds of standards domestic and overseas about their applied range and value, especially recommends the primary components and the effects in practical applications of the CND（Chinese Nomenclatures of diseases） and CNO （Chinese Nomenclatures of Operations）, which were advanced and projected by the Statistical information center of Medicines and Politics of the Ministry of Public Health, and will become the professional standards soon. Wide spreading the two standards which posses the meanings of urgent realization and long-term strategic, can meet the requirements of normalization, standardization and networking of public health intbrmation and the needs of medical care. The main content and the effects for interlink in HIS of HL7 （Health Level 7）, which is popularized and applied around the world, are also recommended in this article.
