四维钙片检测方法研究

目的研究制定四维钙片定性鉴别和定量分析方法.方法采用适宜方法定性鉴别处方中的钙盐、磷酸盐、维生素C等成分,并且采用络合滴定法测定了片剂中总钙含量.结果及结论定性鉴别反应灵敏、专属性强;定量测定结果经空白试验校正,结果更准确.

OBJECTIVE Study the identification and quantitative analysis method of Siweigai Tablets. METHODS Using a suitable method to identify the calcium salts, phosphate, vitamin C in preparation and determine total calcium salts by complexometry. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The identification method was sensitive and had specificity,the quantitative analysis method was accurate.
