摘要
对某铜钼矿石进行了矿物成分考察,针对该矿石中黄铁矿、黄铜矿含量较高,辉钼矿嵌布不均匀,并且解离比较困难的特点,通过铜钼混选-铜钼混精再磨后铜钼分离的选别工艺流程及合理的药剂制度,使辉钼矿和黄铜矿得到充分合理的回收。
The mineral composition of a refractory copper - molybdenum ore was investigated. The content of pyrite and chalcopyrite are high, molybdenite disseminated is unhomogeneous and difficultly to separate. In light of these characteristics, the technology flowsheet of regrinding copper - molybdenum bulk flotation and copper- molybdenum bulk concentrate to separate copper and molybdenum, at the same time, find a reasonable reagent system to recovery the molybdenite and chalcopyrite absolutely.
