摘要
介绍了一种送丝机构的性能特点和设计原理。与原来的送丝机构相比,该送丝机构采用全齿轮传动,四轮驱动,具有效率高、送丝力大、噪声小等特点;输出轴最后一级采用升速传动,送丝轮受力合理,输出轴齿轮寿命增长。分析计算了两送丝轮正确啮合时它们之间的距离,装在结构底座上的送丝轮啮合情况,以及装在送丝轮上架上的送丝轮啮合情况。
This paper introduces the performance of wire feeder,compared with the previous ones,this wire feeder adopts the driving motion of full wheel gear,drien by four wheels.so it has the characters of high efficiency,high feeding power and low noise.The last section of outpat axis adopts accelerate driving.and the wheels are driven by uniform power,so the output axis gear is more endurable.This paper also analyzes the working principles and gives some calculations.
