摘要
自行研制了一种特殊的堆焊焊条,其药皮中没有加入任何用于稳弧、造渣和造气等作用的矿石粉,焊芯电阻大,焊接时极易出现焊芯和药皮发红、药皮开裂等现象,说明了该焊条的工艺性能复杂。系统阐述了该类焊条的工艺性能,以更好地推广和应用这种高温无渣耐磨堆焊焊条。
The special surfacing electrode by ourselves is researched.Adding no ore powders which helps to act as stable arc,slagging and creating gas,the clectrode core is with high resistance nnd easy to occur red or the coating crack,and so on.All of these make the electrode＇process more complex. In order to popularize the electrode, this paper illuminates the process.
