一种快速比较蛋白质结构预测模型相似性的方法 被引量:3

摘要 根据相同立体结构中的各部分只需一个旋转矩阵就能将两者叠合在一起的基本原理,对原有的结构比较方法作了改进,使其比较速度得到很大提高。尤其是对相似蛋白质结构的比较,速度的提高更为显著。由于在蛋白质天然构象的一致性分析中,模型结构之间的比较是其计算时间的瓶颈,因此本法对提高一致分析方法的计算效率有着重要的意义。 it is well known that if two protein structures am same, one protein structure can be superimposed by another with one transformation matrix. According to this theory, we irrtpmved protein stracture comparison method, which compare the similarity between two protein structures for the purpose of reduced the comparison time. Comparison of throe groups of proteins showed that the more similarity of two compared protein structures, the more effective of this new method. Since the comparison between models is a point in consensus analysis in protein structure, this improved "algorithm can significantly enhance the efficiency of consensus prediction.
