摘要
超声波具有多种物理和声化学效应,在中药材提取中应用广泛。本文就超声波萃取的原理、优点及其在茶叶深加工的应用作一综述,并展望了它在未来茶叶深加工中的应用前景。
ultrasound can promote the solubility of chemical component of plant materials and ultrasonic technology is widely used in processing of chinese medicines. The principles of the ultrasonic technology were reviewed and prospects of its application to extraction of tea were discussed in the present paper.
