摘要
为了筛选出对水稻秸秆发酵效果较好的微生物菌剂,采用室内模拟堆肥的方法,研究了5组不同的微生物复合菌剂对水稻秸秆发酵效果的影响.结果表明,菌剂2,菌剂3,菌剂4促进了发酵原料升温的提前和高温期的延长,发酵30d后,3个处理的T值即(终点C/N)/(初始C/N)降到了0.6,种子发芽率达到了80%,木质素的降解率分别为16.68%,17.04%,16.82%;半纤维素的降解率分别为40.19%,42.05%,39.19%;纤维素的降解率分别为37.74%,37.23%,35.09%,比其他菌剂和对照效果好.
Five differenly combined microbial agents were selected for better fermentation of rice straw in composting. The result showed that the effects of No.2, No.3 and No.4 were better than the others. Their high temperature was advanced and the high temperature period was lengthened. UT, the original ratio of C/N to the ending ratio of C/N decreased to 0.6 and G! reached to 80% after 30 days. And the decreasing rate of lignin during the compostingwere 16.68%, 17.04%, 16.82%respectively. The decreasing rate of semi-cellulose during the composting were 40.19%, 42.05%, 39.19% respectively. The decreasing rate of cellulose during the composting were 37.74%, 37.23%, 35.09% respectively.
