摘要 为探讨茶多酚复方制剂对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤效果及可能的机制,采用动物移植性肿瘤试验法,建立荷瘤(S180)小鼠模型,用茶多酚复方制剂治疗10d后,处死后剥离肿瘤,测试抑瘤率.观察肿瘤组织HE染色切片的肿瘤细胞凋亡情况,并提取肿瘤细胞DNA进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳.结果表明,药物组的抑瘤率达26.5%,并能使肿瘤切片出现大量细胞发生凋亡特征性改变.琼脂糖凝胶电泳,从电泳带可见到细胞发生凋亡的特征性DNA梯状条带.茶多酚复方制剂可以抑制荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长,有明显的抑瘤作用,其抑瘤机制与诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的机理有关. To study the anti-tumor effect of tea polyphenols compound(TPC) on experimental tumor mice, and to clarify the mechanisms of the anti-umor effect of TPC, mice bearing neoplasm(SRS-82 cell line) were established as the experimental tumor model. After 10 days of dietary TPC, the mice were killed, the neoplasm block was stripped and weighed, and its inhibition ratio of anti-tumor was calculated. The neoplasm cells were observed under micrscope, and the DNA of the cells were extracted for agarose gel electrophoresis. Results: The weights of the neoplasm of tea polyphenols group were significantly lighter than that of the control groups(P〈0.01), and the tumor cells of tea polyphenols group showed special alteration which indicated apoptosis. It could be concluded that: TPC has obvious anti-tumor effect on experimental tumor model. TPC has an effect on tumor cells apoptosis induction.
