摘要
本文介绍了我省目前造纸行业专业技术人才结构情况,分析了当前专业技术人才培养和管理方面存在问题的原因,对做好职称评审工作,加快造纸企业专业技术人才培养提出了若干建议。
This paper introduces the structural status of professional persons in Guangdong paper industry, and analyzes the reasons of the existing problems in training and management of professional persons. Some suggestions in technical titles evaluation and professional persons training are put forward.
