摘要
提出了一种制备纳米多孔金膜的新方法.将金和铜的合金进行热退火处理,然后利用稀酸进行腐蚀,制备纳米多孔薄膜;比较了合金配比和稀酸种类对薄膜形貌的影响;并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线光电子谱(XPS)对薄膜的形貌和组分进行了表征.
A new method of fabrication nanoporous gold film is described. The Cu-Au alloy go under annealing and etched by certain diluted acid result in nanoporous gold film. The contribution of the percentage of the components and the selection of acids for the suface pattern formation has also been discussed. The surface morphology and the component of the film has been analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS).
