原位氧化制备氧化锌薄膜及其表征 被引量:1

The Preparation and Characterization of ZnO Films by in situ Oxidation of Zn Films

摘要 在云母基底上热蒸镀锌膜,再采用简单的原位氧化方法制备氧化锌薄膜.研究发现氧化锌膜上表面具有纳米尺度的丛生珊瑚状结构,而与云母接触的下表面具有圆饼状结构. Smooth ZnO thin films have been obtained by in situ oxidation of Zinc films on mica surfaces. The formation of coral-like nano-structures was revealed on the top surface of ZnO films, while the existence of disk-like micro-structures was found on the inner surface that attached on mica.
