摘要
分析了基于IPC的开放式刻楦机数控系统所受的各种干扰来源,指出在工程应用时必须从可靠性角度出发综合考虑控制系统的抗干扰性能。通过对数控系统的研究,提出了针对电源、信号线、接地系统等有效的抗干扰硬件措施,以及软件陷阱、软件滤波、软件容错等抗干扰软件措施。刻楦机数控系统实际运行稳定可靠。
The various interference sources suffering from the open-architecture shoe last NC system based on IPC were analyzed and the results showed that the anti-interference capability in reliability must be considered synthetically when applied to practice. Through studying the NC system the measures resisting interferences by means both of hardware and software were presented. The hardware measures included electrical source, signal-line and grounding-system etc. The software measures included software trap, software filter and software fault-tolerance etc.. With this technology, the NC system of shoe last NC machine runs steadily and reliably.
