摘要
废食用在活性单体甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)、引发剂过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)或偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)的共同作用下,可转化为交联型生物质材料。研究了温度、聚合时间、活性单体及引发剂含量与总转化率的关系。聚合物材料的结构用红外光谱进行表征,热行为用热重及差热分析研究了材料的热行为。聚合物材料在240℃下热稳定性很好。
The used edible oil was materialized by the copolymerization reaction with glycidyl methacrylate, benzoyl peroxideor and azodiisobutyronitrile. The relationships between reaction conditions, such as temperature, time and monomer contain, and total conversions were investigated. The structure of reaction product was characterized by FTIR. The thermal behavior of product was investigated by means of TGA and DTA analysis. The products were stable below 240℃.
