摘要
刘家峡水电站水库在正常高水位1735 m时库容57亿m3,调节库容41.5亿m3,属于不完全年调节。在上游龙羊峡水电站投入运行后,可实现年调节。文章针对刘家峡水电站长期经济运行问题,根据动态规划的最优性原理, 结合水电站水库优化调度的要求,建立了水库优化调度模型。并对径流资料样本进行分析,选择确定性优化调度计算方法,求出水库的最优调度函数。根据最优调度函数,制定水库的优化调度策略,以指导水库的实际调度。
The capacity of Liujiaxia Reservoir is 5. 7 billion m3 at the normal pool level of 1735 m. The regulating capacity is 4. 15 billion m3. The reservoir is capable of incomplete yearly regulation. It is able to realize the yearly regulation after the upstream Longyangxia Hydropower Station is put into service. This thesis sets up the optimum reservoir operation pattern, analyzes the hydrological data, demonstrates the deterministic optimum operation calculation and drafts the optimum reservoir operation strategy to direct the practical reservoir operation.
